Fairmount School property located on Graceland Street, NE, between Sinclair and Oakwood Avenue, described as Lots 76, 77, 78 and 79 the Heights Addition and Lots 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198 of Fairmount Park Addition.

The new Fairmount School being constructed on Comstock Boulevard will replace the above described property. When this new building is completed the Board will have no further use for the old building and site. It is recommended that the business Manager be directed to ascertain whether or not the City of Grand Rapids has any use for this property and if not to advertise it for sale, possession to be given on completion of the new building.
