August 1905 lot purchased, 260' on Bemis (Benjamin) x 300' Logan and Sigsbee for $4200.   Kellogg and Bemis Addition  platted in 1888

Street name changes:  Lake to Sigsbee (paper change), Ella to Bemis, Bemis to Benjamin

Sept 1906 school opened

1907 - The work on this building was largely completed a year ago, although some of the finishing touches, most of the grading of the lot an all of the laying of sidewalks have been in progress during the year just ended.

Highlights: a $847,600 addition for a multi-purpose room and two classrooms; $2 milion to remodel classrooms and library and upgrade heating and electric systems, and $164,500 for computers and video equipment
